Project Brief - to
convert the physical doll into a fully accurate 3D CAD
model, for fit & function testing of the doll &
playstation. This was to enable virtual testing of the
product prior to prototyping.

Orthopaedic Bath
Project Brief - the
fibre-glass bath had never been modelled in a 3D CAD format
before but this was now required in order to design additional
fixtures and fittings. |

Project Brief - a
physical prototype had been modelled in foam. The designers
needed a 3D CAD model of the dash to check it interfaced
correctly with all other parts of the full assembly
of the cab.

- the outer casing was created as a final
industrial design out of wood. This was converted into
a surface then solid CAD model to exactly match the
dimensions of the physcial prototype.

- the scanned point cloud data was required as
