Breuckmann 3D Scanners

CDG are the UK distributor for Breuckmann 3D Optical scanners.

The Breuckmann equipment offers extremely fast scanning at a very high accuracy with a large range of fields of view. The scanners use the structured or "white light" technology which is proven to be many time more accurate than other technologies such as lasers.

With interchangeable lenses and base sensors, the Breuckmann scanners are truely versatile. They can be easily adapted for high accuracy scanning of small objects or for the rapid scanning of larger objects. The accuracy that can be achieved is from 5 microns.

The scanners come with options for colour and automated turntables and can be used with the full range of alignment methodolgies.

OptoTOP-HE		High-end scanner	Ideal for high accuracy and maximum versatility, including multiple FOVs from 30mm to 1700mm. Uses a single mono or colour camera with a choice of resolutions.
OptoSCAN		Automated scanner	For automated, very fast scanning using an integral turntable. Ideal for smaller objects. All scans are automatically aligned, dramatically reducing cycle times.
TriTOS		Artefact scanner	For scanning artefacts to high accuracy and in mono or colour, with a choice of fields of view - to match the size of object. No index marks are required, so this is a truely non-contact method!
DermaTOP		Skin scanner	Optimised for dermatology applications such as analysis of skin roughness, wrinkles and cellulite. The scanner uses a blue light to increase accuracy, and has a unique software application for analysisng the results.
MicroTOP		Microstructure scanner	Developed for 3D measurement of microstructures with an extremely high resolution and using a zoom lens. Tiny objects can be scanned to a high accuracy.
FaceSCAN		Face scanner	Low-cost solution for face scanning which takes place in under a second. The system comes in a number of configurations to match your requirements and budget.
BodySCAN		Body scanner	With 8 cameras, a full human body scan takes place in just 2.5 seconds. The system can be configured with difffernt resolution cameras to match your application.
